CBS rules the ratings, but how is it doing financially? How about Discovery, with all its acquisitions? Read our daily must-reads and find out.

But there is just so much more. What? Yes, indeed. Daily we scour the Internet for the most recent news for social TV professionals and compile it into our noon report and share it with you. And, yes, you need to read and stay current, even on a Friday. This industry moves fast, trust us on that.

Today, check out the opinion piece from Australia where a marketer wonders if the TV industry could actually collaborate to make the second-screen experience better. That’s a thought we heard during the just finished first leg of the Social TV Thought Leadership Roadshow.
