Shazam taps Adforce to bolster monetisation in Ireland | Rapid TV News

Media engagement company Shazam has formed a partnership with Ireland’s sole multiplatform advertising network, Adforce.ie, to launch a Shazam TV service, being the primary advertising distributor for the Republic.

Established in 2009, Adforce.ie operates Ireland’s only multiplatform advertising network. It provides a single point of contact for media agencies and brands wishing to buy advertising across mobile and websites, mobile applications, social media platforms and online video. The network includes online websites and applications in the Republic and Northern Ireland including BBC.com, RTE.ie and Premierleague.com.

Under the terms of the agreement, Adforce.ie will sell both Shazam for TV advertising as well as in-app advertising opportunities.
