Today, General Hospital moves to a time slot, at 2 p.m. (EDT) on ABC, Katie Couric debuts her new daytime show Katie, and The Voice starts its third season on NBC followed by a preview of Tuesday’s 9:30 show, “The New Normal.”

At 8 p.m. on cable, Basketball Wives: L.A.  makes its season premiere on VH1 while at 9 p.m., Hoarders makes its season premiere on A&E.
