Nielsen: Ad Spends Rising Globally, Especially On Internet – MarketingVOX

Radio is gaining strongly worldwide, according to Nielsen’s just-released AdView pulse report. Radio ad spending is up 6.6% worldwide for the first half (H1) of 2012, second only to—no surprises here—internet ad spending, up 7.2%. TV is up a not-bad 3.1%.

Down are magazines (-1.3%), particularly in Europe and North America.
