TV Ratings Monday: ‘The Voice’ Dips, ‘The Following’, ‘Castle’ & ’90210′ Rise + ‘Revolution’ Flat

NBC was number one with adults 18-49, but ABC won with total viewers. On NBC, earned a 4.8, down three tenths after last week’s season high 5.2 adults 18-49 rating. was even with the 2.2 its last original earned two weeks ago. Your predictions were about right.

EC Wades In On Connected TV, Cross-Border Content Regulation

The European Commission believes that, alongside the rise of smartphones, tablets and other TV replacements, by 2016 connected TVs could be used in the majority of European homes – up from around 40.4 million today. Twitter has a working two-step security solution undergoing internal testing before incrementally rolling it out to users, something it hopes to begin doing shortly, Wired has learned. New York Times lifts paywall for video, plans ‘franchises’
